Where do things stand?
- Newsletter will announce the time and place on Monday using announcement on the wiki
- We need to do more outreach / buzz - those who plan to attend should reply to announcement with intentions to attend
- Andrew will pester folks who expect to participate to do lightning talks
- meetup site currently is little disorganized - dates are incorrect in some places - Will go out in newsletter anyway and wait for Bill to return to update meetup site
- expand meetup updaters
