Review of current status of and content of uPortal 2.6 release.
Review of next steps for completing release.
Intent is that 2.6 be in an RC state going into the meeting, with the meeting leading to a decision to proceed with the release (candidate accepted), apply QA and fixes through additional RCs (candidate rejected but close), or fall back to a milestone status to get in additional functional changes, depending on the interest and commitments of the developers.
