Jasig has become part of the Apereo Foundation as of December 2012. All of the Contributor License Agreements completed with Jasig are still in effect, now with the Apereo Foundation as the "Successor By Merger" on these agreements. Individuals and Corporations continuing to make contributions to Apereo projects are welcome to complete new CLAs with the Apereo Foundation, but there is no requirement to do so. Please see www.apereo.org/licensing for more information on the Apereo Foundation policies and practices around licensing and intellectual property.
