Buses and taxis normally deposit you at the Parkinson building - big white building with a tall clock tower, columns and steps in front - this is what it looks like (from an e-postcard!):

Don't go up the steps, go to the left and through an archway into the campus. Go straight on, with old buildings on your right, and aim leftwards as soon as you can (after the Michael Sadler Building) across a concrete area with a few steps and an odd roof over the pathways.  You will see loads of steps with yellow stripes painted on them going downwards.  About halfway down the steps, there's a flat area (before the steps go on down) and the Edward Boyle library is on your right.  It looks like this:

If coming by car, come to the main entrance on Woodhouse Lane (by the Parkinson building), and follow the signs for the Visitor car park.  The charge is £5.  It can sometimes fill up, but as far as we know there are no big events on 25th June!
