The 25th June JA-SIG UK meeting will be held in the Edward Boyle Library Conference room at the University of Leeds.

How to get to the University of Leeds - see http://www.leeds.ac.uk/visitors/getting_here.htm

It's about a 20 min walk from the rail station (or 10 mins by bus or 5 mins by taxi), plus allow 5 minutes to find the venue.

Buses and taxis normally deposit you at the Parkinson building - big white building with a tower - this is what it looks like (from an e-postcard!):

Don't go up the steps, go to the left and through an archway into the campus, with old buildings on your right, and aim leftwards as soon as you can (after the Michael Sadler Building) across a concrete area with a few steps and an odd roof over the pathways.  You will see loads of steps with yellow stripes painted on them going downwards.  About halfway down the steps, the Edward Boyle library is on your right.  It looks like this:

Go in the main entrance and ask for the Conference Room (which is down one flight of stairs at the left hand side of the library).

The most useful printable map, showing library locations, is at http://www.leeds.ac.uk/library/sites/campus2004.pdf
