Space Needs

OAE requested:

If possible, we'd also like to have a room/shared room that can be used for project and development related questions throughout the conference. We'll then try to have at least one person in that room at all times.

• Shared collaboration space - 20-30 people, 6-8 round tables, whiteboards, power; ideally available Sunday-Friday.

  Saturday June 1: OAE individual space AM and PM. Does not need to be individual but no one else needs Sat space. Can be small meeting room.

  Sunday Pre-seminar workshops - complete, except outstanding question regarding ANI seminar.
  Sunday Board will need individual meeting space. Maximum 16 but I will get an rsvp. 9-5:00 Sunday. Includes lunch. No need for Board to meet Thursday afternoon

  Sunday (TCC /CLE) asked for indiv space ½ day in the PM.  Related to this is the request that any TCC members involved in seminars be scheduled in the morning, to be free in the afternoon for this meeting. Don’t know how we want to handle that.
   PM space approx. 25 20 people. Need projector

  Tuesday 2 hour block in PM OAE shared space, TCC shared -   The shared space on Wed afternoon, in combination for a few common working rooms being available all the time is sufficient.

  Thursday

   

• PM OAE individual 20

• TCC(CLE) shared (last year 50 people) need projector,

• uPortal & uMobile  shared (30 people).

• Note - there may be some additional committee meetings Thursday afternoon that we don't know about (save 2-3 spaces?)

  Friday

• uPortal shared AM and PM (15 people).
