1. Enter search criteria and choose search
2. The results are listed by First & Last Name, username

3. Select the desired user
   
   

   Options include:

   Option	Description
   Edit	Modify user attributes including password
   View Permissions	View a complete list of permissions for uPortal
   Delete	Remove a user from SSP
   Impersonate	Impersonation allow a user to "act" as other users just as if logged in as the user.  This feature is helpful to troubleshoot permissions.

4. View current Attributes

   Attribute	Description
   Data Academic Resource Center	Confidentiality Level
   Data Counseling Services	Confidentiality Level
   Data Disability	Confidentiality Level
   Data Displaced Workers	Confidentiality Level
   Data Early Alert	Confidentiality Level
   Data English Second Language	Confidentiality Level
   Data Fast Forward	Confidentiality Level
   Data Individualized Learning Plan	Confidentiality Level
   Display Name	Full Name display, first then last
   First Name	First Name
   Last Name	Last Name
   Net ID	Network ID for user authentication
   Phone	Primary phone number
   SSP Role	Role(s) assigned to the user
   First Name	First Name
   Last Name	Last Name
   Primary Email Address	Primary email address
   School ID	Primary school identifier (ID).  In most cases, this is different than the username

5. View Parent Groups

Navigation Tips

• Choose the Back button at the bottom of the Search page to return to the Manage Users menu
• Select Manage Users will return to the last page visited in the Portlet
• On the Search for Users page, choose Cancel to return to the Menu
