Proposal Submitted

A Candidate project submission for Preincubation, Incubation, or Contrib is proposed to the Incubation WG via a proposal sent to incubation@ja-sig.org which contains basic information, and answers the following set of qualifying questions:described below. A Candidate submission for Sandbox is proposed directly to the relevant Project Steering Committee.
