Implement an alternate, icon-only display strategy for AppLauncher tiles

Title/subtitle could be shown (attractively) as a flyout.

AppLauncher portlets like these would be published with showChrome=false.

Things to remember:

• Transparent background;

• No header text;

• No chrome border;

• Hover-over effect from app icon portlet (flyout);

• Will need to create a new .JSP to support this (maybe adding configuration);
