Favorites UI -- Fix ADA aria-hidden=true and usability by allowing delete

Description

The current favorites UI uses a glyphicon for the star (we conventionally use Font Awesome), and the aria-hidden=true attribute is not present.

Also the main favorites view should support un-favoriting an item on the list.
