Formatting changes when case is moved through sequentially

Assignment: Taenia solium - partially complete
Phases: Life Cycle and Human Health

When the tabs are used individually, the formatting is normal. If the case is moved through sequentially, the formatting is changed (the size of the text boxes in the Life Cycle phase and the spacing of the questions in the Human Health phase), although functionality is maintained.

It appears the student created a phase which had different font sizes for different text items.
