Case 66: PACTH value is high outside the reference range so it should be an increase in post ACTH, or an exaggerated response but the case only accepts “decrease in post ACTH cortisol” etc. (AJL)

This is a case author problem. Here are the current acceptable abnormalities:
decreased response to ACTH, post ACTH hypocortisolemia, decreased post ACTH cortisol, low post ACTH cortisol

It should be editing if it is incorrect.
