EarlyAlert Response Status and Details Show Intermittently

From the field... Early Alert Response - Details and Status never show in the Response Grid. See attached screenshot.
It appears this hasn't worked in a long time. The first issue is in ColumnRenderUtils, the method that returns the Early Alert Status will always be N/A because the node type is "early alert response" not the expected "early-alert". For the actual Details, those seem to be Early Alert Outcomes and the Outcome service doesn't appear to be pulling back a valid outcome (null) for valid EA Outcome UUIDs in all cases.

Closing the issue. Recommend a person to verify before release.

Made change in SSP and SSP-Platform smoke-tested, no issues that I could tell. Recommend some soak time before back-porting to 2.7 and/or 2.6.
