Create Oracle and MySQL DDL scripts for Open Registry database schema

This is absolutely essential for new adopters to start successfully evaluating Open Registry software.

In addition to the DDL scripts it would be incredibly helpful of there were some documentation of the data load specifications. What I've seen for other data-driven applications are: 1) example CSV files 2) a "friendly" descriptions of the DDL, including allowed values and/or lookups 3) a description of the sequence that the tables must/should be loaded 4) or alternately, a script that disables foreign keys for load then enables them post load
The latter is not my favorite approach because you can have problems enabling the foreign keys and it can be difficult to track down the offending records.
