Exchange EWS Adapter fails for null subject or messages not of type MessageType

Description

If an Exchange Web Services (EWS) message in the inbox is an ItemType that is not MessageType, the EWS Adapter fails with a ClassCast Exception.

Handle at least minimally the other message types.

Also null subject will cause failure.
