The parent page describes the details of the cache keys used in the layout rendering pipeline. The overview is that the Structure Cache is keyed based on the user's base layout, the current tab and if a channel is maximized. The Theme Cache is based on the minimized/normal mode of each channel on that view of the structure and other related theme attributes.
