Markup enables users to sort and retrieve comments using various criteria such as Comment text, Color, and Category 1 or Category 2 (users may customize the label to their own). More levels of information about a comment can make it easier for users to sort and retrieve. For example, for a writing assignment, it might be important to indicate the comment is related to Style, specifically, Pronoun Use.
To customize the category information for a specific comment, double click in the category area for the comment and type.
