Description
This is the home page of the Groups and Permissions ("GAP") space.
Its purpose is to discuss and document the Groups and Permissions frameworks. Initially, it should focus on extracting groups and permissions from the uPortal codebase. Once this is accomplished, the focus will shift to the design, functions, distribution and configuration of the frameworks.
