Mobile Courses Portlet

Redesign of the Courses portlet. Folds in the Grades portlet and has mild integration with the calendar portlet. The goal is for the portlet to be a personal course hub, showing the user's course list, grades, course announcements, and link to day (or week) calendar view of class schedule.
