When posting patches to issues in Jira please follow these guidelines.

  • Document the exact version of uPortal the patch was created on.
  • Create a Unified Diff of the changes against the base uPortal code for the version you are using.
  • Ensure the diff contains a minimal set of changes needed by the patch. This ensures changes to spacing, line endings and code formatting are not included.
