If you are new to Sakai and would like to know how this system can help stimulate active learning in your course then come join our session. We will show you tools in Sakai that encourage active learning. You will see how forums, blogs, and Google docs can be used in a course. In the end, Sakai is still a tool but it is how well you wield that tool that will help your students become active learners.
