- Close to having plans finalized for networking cafe
- Looking to leverage QR codes to assist in contact information exchange
- Looking at using some other possible visual representation of topics and projects of interest/expertise
- Alan will send last year's feedback to Neal for input into possible networking plans
- One more hangout, finalizing plans and logistics
- Logistics need to be figured out to regarding ad hoc meetings space

- Looking at mapping out the content needed.
Presentation Archiving
- Need to look into how we will have presenters upload their presentations, notes, videos, etc.

- Ice-breaker, get people motivated
