Lotus Domino SSO Support

I am working on a module to allow CAS deployers to integrate with a Lotus Domino SSO environment. This is done through the use of Lotus Domino LtpaToken cookies. This module works in two fashions:

1. Generate LtpaToken cookies needed by Lotus Domino upon user login and TGT validation
2. Automatically login users who have a valid LtpaToken but have not logged into CAS

The benefit of this module will allow organizations with Lotus Domino environments to integrate CAS with as minimal difficulties and allowing a clean integration between the two SSO environments.
