- Small cost to subsidize some snacks?
- Locate Universities or organizations that can offer a conference room to host meet up at no charge

- Create and Increase local networking opportunities
- Facilitate local coordination and collaboration
- Explain Jasig and Promote Community Source to new Potential developers
- Improve the CAS Project (work on outstanding bugs or features), documentation, etc.
