Internationalization

CAS3 made a huge effort to localize the languages for specific regions to encourage adoption in non-English speaking countries. We'd like to expand this effort beyond the public-facing portion of CAS into the administrative and logging sections where possible.

For CAS4 we'd like to focus on the following for Internationalization

• Ensuring all tools used within the CAS project support Internationalization
• Ensuring all logging messages within the CAS project support Internationalization
• Ensuring all public-facing web pages support Internationalization
• Ensuring all Administrative functions support Internationalization

Ideally, we'd also like our documentation to be translated into applicable languages, but that may be more difficult to keep in sync.

Executing the above four goals will require coordination between the development teams and the translation teams to ensure items are properly translated and that entries aren't missed.
