uPortal 3.0.0-M3 Overview

Download M3:

uPortal 3.0.0-M3 is the third milestone release that includes the following functionality:

uPortal 3 rendering context with new UI
Template users with SLM
Locale Management
- Management interface for Locale away code
- Locale preferences UI for user selection
Person Directory integration
Portlet Servant APIs
Groups Management
- GAP.jar integration
- Groups manager portlet / servant

This release does not include:

Distributed layout support
IChannel support

To start uPortal 3 on a machine with a locale other than en_US you must first set the locale to en_US. On Linux this is done as follows

export LC_ALL=en_US
export LANG=en_US
