All FIFER API specifications must meet the following guidelines:

  1. Open License
  2. Platform Agnostic
  3. Language Agnostic
  4. Scalable
  5. Consistent (Effort spent learning one API should be applicable to any other API)
  6. Well Documented
  7. Easy to Adopt
  8. Doesn't Do Anything Weird
