Dear CAS Community,

We're pleased to announce the upcoming September 2010 CAS Community Call. As part of the September call, we'll be introducing a new community call format consisting of a brief client and server status update, a 20 - 30 minute presentation about a specific CAS topic, and then an open question and answer period.

The September CAS presentation is about Yale's experience with clustering CAS, presented by Howard Gilbert from Yale University. Many of you will probably remember that before CAS was a Jasig project, it was a Yale open source project. Howard brings his many years of experience working with CAS to this presentation. He'll be addressing not only CAS specific clustering details, but also general clustering concerns. Other experts will be joining the call to assist Howard during the question and answer period.

The call will take place on September 8, 2010 at 12:00pm Eastern Daylight Time. Please adjust accordingly for your time zone.
