Jasig provides space at http://downloads.jasig.org/ for project developers to publish release bundle downloads. This is not a place for Maven artifacts but for other non-Maven bundles related to a release of a project.
WebDAV Access to the downloads space is available to all Jasig project developers via the URL: https://downloads.jasig.org/dav/downloads/
The following groups have access to the downloads space:
