Overview
Create a theme for use within uPortal 2.x that complies to W3C recommended standards. Facilitate the separation of structure and presentation while creating a portal that makes sense in the absence of any stylistic presentation.
Background
The Nested DIVs theme dates back to September 2002 when the original concept was formed. Prototype concepts were developed around
December 2002 with a working uPortal theme achieved around March 2003. It was fairly innovative at the time, items such as rounded
tabs made using CSS with simple UL elements, and even multiple colors for each skin.
