uPortal 2, as a JA-SIG project, ought to have a presence in the JA-SIG Newsletter, which currently is intended to be published monthly. The purpose of this page is to serve as a mother page from which to hang the monthly pages. Those pages in turn are intended for collaborative development of the newsletter language. Only the uPortal Steering Committee, the JASIG Board and Mark Rogers have access to this page.
