[09:42:55 CST(-0600)] <jwennmacher> @jsittler any comments?

[09:56:21 CST(-0600)] <jsittler> I would agree with James. Any work that can be done to implement and test against a newer jQuery library would be beneficial to the community. If we are unable to do that testing, then as a temporary solution, you could write a CSS rule in the portlet(s) that would override the theme bug.

[10:01:23 CST(-0600)] <jsittler> one issue I believe with upgrading to a newer version of jQuery, was Fluid had some issues. I'm not sure if any issues were logged regarding that , but it might be worthwhile to take a look at issues.jasig.com and if there are any then perhaps could patch Fluid.
