Adding a Portal Administrator

The default uPortal install puts the admin user in the Portal Administrators group. This provides the admin user with the ability to access Groups Manager, Portlet Manager and other administrative UIs. The easiest way to add other user's users as administrators is via a membership entity file and import this file using the crn-import ant task.

Step 1. Create the Membership file

Create a file with the suffix .membership for each user you want to add to the Portal Administrators group.
