The 2010 meeting will be held in Bristol from Monday 21 to Tuesday 22 June. The meeting will start at 14.00 on the Monday and finish by 14.00 on the Tuesday. Update the Interested in Attending and Suggested Topics pages with your details and items you are interested in discussing at the meeting. There is no charge for attending the meeting. Suggestions for hotels will be provided shortly.

The plenary sessions will be held in the Enderby Room. The air conditioning in the Enderby Room is temperamental and can vary between hot and cold, please wear layers of clothing. |
Parking
Those planning to drive to the University should be aware that parking is restricted. If you wish to arrange a parking space please email James Brimble providing the make and model of car and registration.
Hotels
Most activity during the meeting will be based at the University Computer Centre on Tyndall Avenue, BS8 1UD. The University has a web page that lists a number of hotels, http://www.bris.ac.uk/university/visit/hotels.html. Based on location and a brief, unscientific review of the list, The Clifton Hotel (http://www.cliftonhotels.com/clifton/) is close and reasonably priced. Does that seem like a good base? Any comments from those based in Bristol?
