ESUP-helpdesk is a uPortal channel that provides network administrators a complete and integrated solution for daily user support. It is also provided as a stand-alone application.
ESUP-helpdesk is 100% Java software and uses Hibernate for database management. It was first developed by Pascal Aubry for IFSIC (computer science department of UniversityofRennes 1) in early 2002. It was ported to Java as a uPortal channel and extended to fit to multi-departments institutions in 2004 and is now part View the esup-helpdesk documentationon the web site of the ESUP-Portail softwareconsortium.
