This is much better. 2) I think we went for consistency to distinguish Save As Plan and Save as Template from Save Plan. I don't have a strong opinion on the syntax though if we want to change it.

[11:40:33 CDT(-0500)] <pspaude1> I know yesterday i used it correctly becasue I remembered the issue change. What can happend is the user wants to save as new plan and hits save plan by accident and erases their old version and is stuck with their new version.
