Use Jasig is using the Confluence Custom Space User Management Plugin to allow delegated group administration . The primary requirement is that groups names will be prefixed with the confluence space that can manage themfor most groups used by Jasig applications. In the table below the Owned By column indicates which space is responsible for managing the group's members.
