We are starting to form a planning committee for the U-Camp and choosing topics and discussions. Perhaps also some kind of informal registration - I'm thinking more of a "dump your contact information on this semi-private wiki page" (shared password for people at the event, or create a confluence group for attendees maybe to collect IM, Cell#, Room#, other information to encourage interaction & possibly followup contacts post-event.
