Jehan Procaccia generously shares RPM packages of Apache 2.0.52 2.0.53 and , 2.0.54 and 2.2.2 with MOD_CAS. He wrote to the CAS discussion list:

I have RPM packaged apache 2.0.52 , 2.0.53 and ,2.0.54 and recently 2.2.2 including mod_cas. It also includes a pached mod_dir (for 2.0.X) which allows DirectoryIndex directive to work correctly with CAS redirections. 2.02.53 includes latest mod_cas from cas client 2 includes latest  esup-portail modification -> Mod_cas-2.0.11 and modification from -esup-portail.2.RC2.tar.gz , (changelog)  * French documentation and esup
