Portlet Manager -- Improve appearance and UX in Respondr

Description

All or most of the Admin portlets need this treatment.

Visual stylings of the Portlet Manager in uP 4.0 are based in FSS, which is not present in Respondr. As a result, it looks pretty poor in Respondr. We can take advantage of Bootstrap classes and a few other tricks & tactics to address this issue.

Things to do...

  • Make the name and description of portlet types 'clickable' for improved UX

  • Update/improve Bootstrap styles on button groups at bottom of pages

  • Move disableDynamicTitle from 8 individual CPDs to the SharedParameters.cpd; Remove empty <step> elements; Fix step titles/descriptions that are copy-paste bugs

  • Portlet Manager – skip the setParameters view-state if there are zero <step> elements that apply to the CPD

  • Add proper Bootstrap class to the errors area to get red text
