Rename tab (without selecting layout) fails in IE 6 and IE 7
Description
None of the radio buttons in the "Page layout" dialog are selected by default, therefore when you rename the tab only without selecting the number of columns, the rename fails.
In Firefox the current number of columns is always selected upon entering the dialog.

Determined this behavior was due to a bug in IE concerning radio buttons. Should be fixed now.
