      Description

      restlet may be querying DNS for no reason - https://github.com/restlet/restlet-framework-java/issues/445

      I have 1 tomcat instance which contains cas, war1 and war2.
      I will see the delay when user jumps from war1 -> war2 ( war2 makes a
      restlet callback to war1 ).

      The problem goes away when I bring up my vpn ( can now access
      additional name servers ).

      Which leads me to "something is doing DNS lookups".

      My debug code:
      log.trace( "RESTLET - HTTPPOST - PRIOR - " + url );
      org.apache.http.HttpResponse response = httpclient.execute( httppost );
      log.trace( "RESTLET - HTTPPOST - AFTER - " + url );

      My trace logs will show:
      2012-04-13 16:51:41,636 TRACE SSOUtils:38 RESTLET - HTTPPOST - PRIOR - https://demo.com/sso/v1/tickets
      2012-04-13 16:51:56,831 TRACE SSOUtils:40 RESTLET - HTTPPOST - AFTER - https://demo.com/sso/v1/tickets
